   v0.12.1: managing a license subscription, cancel at the provider on refund

   Nothing to do when upgrading. A self-hosted instance without a payment provider is unchanged.

   Hosted service

   • Manage subscription by key: on an instance that sells licenses, /license opens the provider's customer portal for whoever has the key (cancel, payment method, invoices), through POST /api/licenses/portal.
   • A refund also cancels the subscription at the provider, which otherwise keeps a refunded subscription running.
   • /license shows the free and licensed tiers and the price, and the footer links it while licenses are sold; the feed settings confirm an entered key.

   API and clients

   • The client packages are unchanged and take the version of the release.
