   v0.9.3: a notice on the start page, and a GitHub link in the footer

   For operators

   • A notice on the start page: NOTEFEED_NOTICE_FILE names a Markdown file of your own. Its text is shown as a red warning banner on the start page, above the introduction: the place to say that a service is still being built, or what you do not promise. It follows the rules of the imprint and the privacy page: read on every request, at most 256 KiB, raw HTML stays text, and the start-up log names the setting when its file cannot be read. Without a file, or with an empty one, the start page is unchanged.

   Web UI

   • Footer: a link to the project on GitHub, after Docs.

   Client packages 0.9.3 (PyPI and npm notefeed)

   • No changes; the version follows the server's.
